1：Guide and control the product research programs.

2：Responsible for providing strategic direction and making decision for product design scheme.

3: Responsible for guiding and controls the compressor reliability evaluation.

4: In charge of the malfunction analysis of scroll compressor and making out the improvement scheme.

Qualifications:

1: Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanization, refrigeration, compressor、heat energy and power etc.

2: Work in international famous company and dedicate for scroll compressor product development for at least 8 years.

3: Capability of providing advice and instruction for scroll compressor development.

4: Knowledge on compressor mechanization and operation theory. Integrating the experience and knowledge needed to meet the key technical objectives and ensure success of project.

5：Make decision for the product development plan and provide solution to the problem occurs during the project implementation.

6: Teamwork and dedication is required for the job.
