Position：Rubber Design Director Automotive Sealing Strip Product Design and Development

Work Location：Baoding

Salary：Negotiable

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for new product design planning and scheme making

2. Responsible for technical communication with clients (frameless seal strip project , 0 flushness project, B30 platform project), lead the technical troubleshooting

3. Head the cause analysis and solving of systematic problems in this area (bumpy road abnormal sound, rise and fall abnormal sound, moist state abnormal sound, abnormal wear, etc. )

4. Guide technical staff to improve professional technical ability rapidly in terms of new planned product

5. Establishment and improvement of test and verification specifications for the product of new planned platform

6. Responsible for sealing strip system difficult topics research and problem solving

Qualifications:

1. Degree: college or above

2. Major: mechanical, automotive, industrial engineering, material, etc.

3. Seniority:

①　Over 10 years sealing strip product design working experience

②　Prefer expert who employed in the industry leading company, or with cooperation experience with BMW

4. Skills:

1) Able to design sealing strip product independently (without guidance) and complete structure optimization and performance verification according to relevant performance requirements

2) Able to verify relevant process by design, complete product verification and problem solving

3) Proficient in the use of problem solving methods such as ‘5W’ , to solve product quality problem

4) Able to apply R&D quality precautionary tool, to complete problem recognition and solving in the product design process
