Position: Motor Inverter Expert

Salary: Negotiable

Work Location: Hangzhou Bay

Responsibilities:

1. Establish motor inverter related vehicle demand decomposition, function definition;

2. Responsible for the development work of motor inverters;

3. Responsible for motor inverter test verification and complete quality objectives;

4. Participate in product planning and finalization of the motor control system;

5. Responsible for training the team member, develop and improve team development capability

6. Research and apply new technologies to ensure product advancement.

Qualifications:

1. Degree: Bachelor or above

2. Major: e- motor, electrical control, vehicle engineering related

3. Seniority: With over 10 years working experience in the required area, with successful BEV/HEV system e-motor and inverter R&D experience, with strong organization and coordination ability

4. Skill requirement: With automotive motor inverter HW & SW development experience
