Qualifications:
1. Degree: Master or above
2. Seniority: Over 15 years automotive industry thermal management related working experience; has led more than 2 thermal management system development projects and successfully applied in mass produced models
3. Ability
1) Proficient in electrochemical heat generation and safety mechanism of lithium ion batteries
2) Proficient in battery PACK thermal management technology, with the ability to guide the establishment of frontier thermal management mode
3) Ability to build battery thermal management system development process and development planning
