Position: Damping Rubber Material Recipe Design & Development

Work Location: Baoding City, Hebei Province

Salary Range: Salary Range

Responsibilities:

1. Development and guidance for damping recipe, solve current bottleneck problems (such as stiffness changes resist to high&low temperature, elasticity, etc.), improve the performance of damping materials rapidly

2. Daily guidance to material engineers on working methods, material generation mechanisms, and experimental verification methods, and give regular training to materials engineers

3. Develop material recipes that meet performance requirements in accordance with company's new product requirements

4. Optimization & upgrading for existing material test evaluation methods

3. Seniority: worked in ContiTech in rubber recipe development and design work for damping products

4. Skills

A Necessary: Talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management

B Job Qualification:

Master the characteristics of rubber materials and the design gist of rubber recipes, familiar with the working & application conditions of various damping products
