Responsibilities: 

1. Be responsible for the analysis and solution of difficult quality problems of cylinder block, cylinder head and crankshaft;

2. Be responsible for preventive management planning of machining quality;

3. Be responsible for problem solving and planning of machining system, and guide technicians to rectify and standardize.

4. Be responsible for the analysis and solution of difficult quality problems in assembly process and post-engineering;

5. Plan and guide product technicians to carry out preventive management;

6. Be responsible for the analysis of market problems and quality problems, and guide technical personnel to carry out systematic work;

7. Be responsible for guiding technical personnel to improve their abilities (special training and guidance on typical problems).                                                               

Qualification ：

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;

2. Major: Vehicle engineering, mechanical design and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: More than 15 years of experience in engine products and manufacturing technology or management, with strong organizational and coordination capabilities;

4. Skill requirements:

A Necessary Ability:

Personnel Training, Problem Solving and Improvement, Team Cooperation and Communication, Resource Management;

B position skills:

1）Lead team members to solve difficult problems on the manufacturing site and effectively improve the efficiency of solving key problems;

2) With advanced preventive management skills, can lead the team to carry out systematic work, reduce the frequency of quality problems;

3) Understanding the cutting-edge technology of engine manufacturing can continuously optimize and improve the engine manufacturing process;

C Tool Skills:

Familiar with drawing software, such as autoCAD/solidwoeks, PRO/E, etc.

Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GDT&T): Understand geometric dimensions and tolerances and apply them to the calculation of process dimension chain.

Master quality analysis methods, such as 5W2H, A3, etc.

Master preventive management tools, such as Cpk/Ppk, FMEA, etc.
