Responsibilities: 

1. Be responsible for the planning of engine reliability test scheme, and formulate the advanced technical standards and methods of system engine reliability;

2. According to the weight classification of potential failure modes in project DRBFM and FMEA files, corresponding detection methods are formulated respectively, and the reliability objectives proposed according to engine development goals are transformed into scientific solutions.

3. Establish the standard of test results analysis method and guide the formulation of test evaluation system documents.

4. Guide AVL automatic calibration software bench application , formulate AVL automatic calibration software application plan, guide the calibration process, solve the control accuracy problem under NX mode.              

Qualification ：

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;

2. Major: Vehicle Engineering, Thermodynamics and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: with more than 20 years of professional experience, professional knowledge fully meet the requirements of the post;

4. Skill requirements:

A Necessary Ability: Ability of talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication and coordination;

B position skills: solid engine test design, test theoretical basis and practical experience;

C Tool Skills: Master the requirements of system documents, be familiar with failure forms and failure mechanisms in product design and manufacturing process, and be able to put forward corresponding preventive test plans.
