Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall matching development of turbocharger and engine, and the performance design of turbocharger;
2. Responsible for solving the problems in the whole matching development process between turbocharger and engine;
3. Responsible for formulating the design process and specifications for the overall matching development of turbocharger and engine.
4. Guiding the professional skills of relevant technical personnel in the development of overall matching between turbocharger and engine to improve rapidly.
Qualification :
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;
2. Major: Vehicle engineering, mechanical design and other related majors;
3. Working years and qualifications: Over 8 years working experience in the overall matching development of turbocharger and engine, strong organizational and coordination ability, over 35 years old;
4. Skill requirements:
A Necessary Ability:
Personnel Training, Problem Solving and Improvement, Team Cooperation and Communication, Resource Management;
B position skills:
(1) Lead team members to complete the overall matching design of turbocharger and engine, improve team matching analysis ability, and establish an efficient and scientific design process.
(2) Familiar with the development process of turbocharger and establish the development criteria for the overall matching of turbocharger and engine;
C Tool Skills:
Familiar with supercharger matching analysis software, such as GT-power.
Failure Mode and Consequence Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with failure modes and failure mechanisms in product design and manufacturing process, and able to propose corresponding preventive measures.
