Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for the design and development of supercharger actuator and valve mechanism;

2. Responsible for solving the problems of supercharger actuator and valve mechanism;

3. Responsible for formulating the design process and specifications of supercharger actuator and valve mechanism.

4. Responsible for research and development of advanced technology of supercharger actuator and valve mechanism

5. Guiding supercharger actuators and valve mechanism designers to improve their professional skills rapidly;

6. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of test verification specifications for supercharger actuators and valve mechanisms.

Qualification ：

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;

2. Major: Vehicle engineering, mechanical design and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: Over 10 years working experience in supercharger actuator and valve mechanism, strong organization and coordination ability, over 35 years old;

4. Skill requirements:

A Necessary Ability:

Personnel Training, Problem Solving and Improvement, Team Cooperation and Communication, Resource Management;

B position skills:

1）To lead team members to coordinate the design of supercharger actuators and valve mechanism components, enhance team design and analysis capabilities, and establish an efficient and scientific design process.

2) Familiar with the design and verification process of supercharger actuator and valve mechanism, and establish the verification specification of supercharger actuator and valve mechanism;

C Tool Skills:

Failure Mode and Consequence Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with the failure form and failure mechanism in product design and manufacturing process, can put forward the corresponding prevention plan.
