Position ：Supercharger Bearing System Design Expert

Responsibilities:                                                                       

1. Responsible for the design and development of supercharger bearing system;

2. Responsible for solving problems of supercharger bearing system;

4. Responsible for  formulating the design process and specifications of supercharger bearing system.

5. Responsible for research and development of advanced technology of supercharger bearing system

6. To guide the design personnel of supercharger bearing system to improve their professional skills rapidly;

7. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of test verification specifications for turbocharger bearing system.

Qualification ：

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Major: Vehicle engineering, mechanical design and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: Over 10 years experience in supercharger bearing system design, strong organizational and coordination ability, over 35 years old;

4. Skill requirements:

A Necessary Ability: Personnel Training, Problem Solving and Improvement, Team Cooperation and Communication, Resource Management;

B position skills:

1）Lead team members to coordinate the design of turbocharger bearing system components, improve team design and analysis capabilities, and establish an efficient and scientific design process;

2) Familiar with the design and verification process of turbocharger bearing system, and establish the verification specification of turbocharger bearing system;

C Tool Skills:

Familiar with bearing analysis software, such as MADYN 2000, ARMD BEARING, etc.

Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GDT&T): Understanding geometric dimensions and tolerances and applying them to process design;

Failure Mode and Consequence Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with failure modes and failure mechanisms in product design and manufacturing process, and able to propose corresponding preventive measures.
