Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for calculating and checking all kinds of incentives of the whole machine;
2. Be responsible for the calculation and verification of multi-body dynamics of the whole machine.
3. Be responsible for the calculation and verification of vibration and noise of the whole machine.
4. Be responsible for the formulation of the whole machine vibration and noise analysis process and specifications;
5. Take the lead in the cause analysis and solution of vibration and noise problems.
6. Guiding the construction and application of NVH gas dynamic noise simulation analysis capability;
7. Guiding the construction and application of NVH electromagnetic noise simulation analysis capability;
8. Guiding the improvement of accuracy and application of vibration and noise calculation of components;
9. Be responsible for vehicle NVH target decomposition and engine development target establishment.
Qualification :
1. Education: Master degree or above;
2. Major: Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design, Mechanics and other related majors;
3. Working life and qualifications: more than 10 years of NVH simulation analysis and vehicle/powertrain NVH performance development experience, over 35 years old;
4. Skill requirements:
A .Necessary Ability:
Personnel Training, Problem Solving and Improvement, Team Cooperation and Communication, Resource Management;
B. position skills:
(1) Lead team members to build simulation analysis, liquid, gas power and electromagnetic noise capabilities, enhance team analysis capabilities, and establish accurate analysis process;
(2) With solid theoretical basis and practical experience of NVH simulation, it can analyze and rectify the vibration and noise problems identified by NVH.
C Tool Skills:
Familiar with multi-body dynamics calculation software such as AVL EXCITE, ADAMS, LMS motion and vibration and noise analysis software such as LMS Virtual. Lab, Actran, etc.
