Responsibilities: 

1. Make EMS system integration plan and development plan, such as vehicle function definition, CAN matrix development, DBC production, application layer development and integration;

2. Responsible for the development quality and progress of EMS system integration;

3. Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of EMS system integration results, to achieve the vehicle project development objectives;

4. Write EMS system integration related processes and standards, improve the vehicle calibration test related specifications and processes;

5. Make EMS calibration control system application plan and  issue guidance for vehicle control system calibration

6. guide and complete the work of tackling key quality problems and improving quality.

7. Introduce new technologies, efficient tools and methods to improve the quality of development and work efficiency.

8. Intra-organizational skills training.

Qualification ：

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Major: Internal combustion engine, automation and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: more than 15 years of experience in system integration and vehicle calibration; electronic control supplier calibration experts, system experts are preferred, age 40 years or older;

4. Skill requirements:

B  Skills for this position:

To meet the needs of different customer functions, we can apply tool chain, EMS control strategy analysis, application layer development, professional knowledge structure, synchronize vehicle calibration process development software and upgrade and optimize, solve the corresponding problems or faults, and support vehicle calibration work.

C Tool Skills:

Grasp the development tools of MATLAB/simulink programming, code generation, and the application of HIL and other test equipment tool chains
