Responsibilities

1. Develop a precise plan for the calibration of the powertrain vehicle, and issue a solution for emissions and fuel consumption regulations;

2. Review the quality and progress of each module of the vehicle calibration test;

3. Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of vehicle performance test results, and achieve the development goals of the vehicle project;

4. Prepare the relevant procedures and standards for the vehicle calibration test, and improve the relevant specifications and procedures for the vehicle calibration test;

5. Develop an application plan for the EMS calibration control system and improve the vehicle calibration Guidelines;

6. Guide the completion of quality tackling, quality improvement, etc.;

7. Introduce new technologies, efficient tools and methods to improve development quality and work efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Professional: internal combustion engine, automation and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: With more than 15 years of experience in system integration and vehicle calibration; electronic control supplier calibration experts and system experts are preferred. Age over 40;

4. Skill requirements:

A Necessary ability: Leadership ability, talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, system standard process building ability;

B job skills:

   Able to apply EMS control strategy, professional knowledge structure, solve calibration technical problems or failures according to the vehicle calibration process, and complete the vehicle calibration work;

C Tool Skills: Vehicle calibration tool.
