Position: Combustion system design expert

Responsibilities

1. Conceptual layout of the combustion system;

2. Detailed design of components such as intake manifold, intake port, intake valve and seat ring, cylinder head combustion chamber, exhaust valve and seat ring, piston combustion chamber, fuel injector and exhaust manifold;

3. Design and simulation development manual preparation;

4. Development process and evaluation criteria manual preparation;

5. Guide the design and simulation personnel to carry out simulation analysis work;

6. New technology application and simulation analysis methods related to combustion systems.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Ph.D. and above;

2. Professional: Engine, combustion, vehicle engineering, mechanical design and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: over 10 years of experience in engine combustion system design and simulation development;

4. Skill requirements:

A necessary skills: talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B job skills:

    1 Lead team members to coordinate the design and simulation of combustion system components, enhance the team's design analysis capabilities, and establish an efficient and scientific design process;

    2 With complete combustion system development design and simulation analysis process knowledge, with the ability to test verification method of the combustion system design scheme;

C tool skills:

    Familiar with combustion system analysis software, such as FIRE, GT_power, converge, star-ccm+, etc.
