Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of the simulation analysis process of thermal load components;

2. Responsible for the development of thermal load component material data testing requirements and material data processing;

3. Responsible for the training of analytical ability of relevant engineers;

4. Responsible for reproducing the corresponding quality simulation methods and providing corresponding solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Professional: vehicle engineering, mechanical design, thermal energy and power engineering, mechanics and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: With more than 10 years of experience in simulation analysis of thermal load components, with strong organizational and coordination capabilities, 40 years of age or older;

4. Skill requirements:

A necessary skills: talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B job skills:

   1 Can lead the team members to identify the risk of heat load component design on each platform, improve the team's simulation analysis ability, and establish an efficient and scientific analysis process;

   2 To understand the cutting-edge technology of simulation analysis, and to conduct research and development and application of cutting-edge technology;

C tool skills:

   Familiar with finite element analysis software such as ABAQUS, FEMFAT, Nastran, Fesafe, etc.

   Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with failure modes and failure mechanisms in product design and manufacturing processes, and can propose corresponding prevention programs
