Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design and development of EGR valve electronic circuits;

2. Responsible for solving the problem of electronic EGR valve electronic circuits;

3. Responsible for formulating the design flow and specifications of the EGR valve electronic circuit;

4. Responsible for the research and development of the leading edge technology of EGR valve electronic circuit

5. Guide the rapid improvement of professional skills of EGR valve electronic circuit designers;

6. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of test verification specifications for EGR valve electronic circuits.

 

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;

2. Professional: related majors in vehicle engineering, mechanical design, electrical design, etc.;

3. Working years and qualifications: With more than 10 years of experience in designing electronic and electrical devices, with strong organizational and coordination capabilities, 35 years of age or older;

4. Skill requirements:

A necessary skills: talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B job skills:

   1 Lead team members to coordinate the design of EGR valve electronic circuits, enhance team design and analysis capabilities, and establish an efficient and scientific design process;

   2 Familiar with the verification process of EGR valve electronic circuit design, and establish the verification specification of EGR valve electronic circuit;

C tool skills:

   Familiar with circuit design analysis software, such as DXP, Altium Designer, etc.; Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): Familiar with electromagnetic compatibility test and rectification method;

   Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Printed Circuit Board (PCBA): familiar with the manufacturing process of test boards and production boards, IPC related standard acceptance and test methods;

   Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanisms in the product design and manufacturing process, and can propose corresponding prevention programs.
