Responsibilities

1. Guide the design and development of the moving parts system;

2. Develop design standards and evaluation criteria for moving parts systems;

3. Lead the team to solve the quality problems of the moving parts system during the development process.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Professional: related majors in vehicle engineering, mechanical design, etc.;

3. Working years and qualifications: With more than 10 years of experience in designing sports parts system, with strong organizational and coordination ability, 35 years of age or older;

4. Skill requirements:

A necessary skills: talent development, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B job skills:

(1) Lead team members to coordinate the design of sports parts and improve team design ability.

(2) Abundant experience in failure analysis of moving parts and ability to solve problems quickly

C tool skills:

   3D, 2D graphics software and CAE analysis software; Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GDT&T): can be applied to process design;

   Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanisms in the product design and manufacturing process, and can propose corresponding prevention programs.
