Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design and development of the cooling system;

2. Responsible for the solution of the cooling system problem;

3. Responsible for formulating the design process and specifications of the cooling system;

4. Responsible for research and development of leading edge technology of cooling system

5. Guide the rapid improvement of the expertise technology of the cooling system designer;

6. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of test verification specifications for the cooling system.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Professional: related majors in vehicle engineering, mechanical design, etc.;

3. Working years and qualifications: With more than 10 years of experience in the design of turbocharger bearing systems, with strong organizational and coordination capabilities, 35 years of age or older;

4. Skill requirements:

A necessary skills: Talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B job skills:

  1 Lead team members to coordinate the design of cooling system components, enhance team design analysis capabilities, and establish an efficient and scientific design process

  2 Know the technology of the frontier of the cooling system, and be able to carry out research and development applications of leading edge technology;

C tool skills:

   Familiar with bearing analysis software, such as MADYN 2000, ARMD BEARING, etc.; Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GDT&T): can be applied to process design;

   Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA): Familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanisms in product design and manufacturing processes, and propose corresponding prevention programs.
