Position: Engine Development and Design Expert

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the analysis of the differences of laws and regulations in different countries and regions and the pre-demonstration and planning of the technical route of the whole engine;

2. Responsible for the comparative analysis of different technical routes of the whole engine;

3. Responsible for the design and improvement of the system solutions of the whole engine;

4. Responsible for the performance development planning and data analysis of the whole engine, and propose optimization suggestions;

5. Responsible for assessing the adaptability of current technical solutions and test results to different national and regional regulations;

6. Responsible for formulating regulations for different countries and regions, DVP verification schemes for each system, planning implementation and suggestions for improvement of test results, and optimizing existing test methods;

7. Instruct engineers to carry out relevant work and complete the training of technical leaders of engine systems within the contract period.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master's degree or above;

2. Professional: Vehicle Engineering and other majors

3. Years of work and qualifications: Experience in engine development for EU and North American models for more than 15 years;

4. Skill requirements:

A necessary skills: Talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B job skills:

   Able to Can independently complete the job content required by post responsibilities;

C tool skills:

   Apply the software and tools required by the job requirements.
