Position:Automotive Dynamics Design Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the analysis of the whole engine system problem;

2. Responsible for decomposing the rectification plan of each component according to the problem;

3. Responsible for the planning of the verification method of the parts or systems of the whole machine.

4. Responsible for formulating the design process and specifications in this field, and have a certain understanding of the cutting-edge technology of diesel engines;

5. Responsible for the overall technical plan planning for future diesel engines to meet emission and fuel consumption standards;

6. Technical support for quality problems after SOP;

7. Responsible for integrated design and analysis of engine and vehicle power system.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree or above;

2. Professional: vehicle engineering, internal combustion engine and other related majors;

3. Working years and qualifications: With more than 10 years of experience in designing the whole machine, with strong organizational and coordination capabilities, 35 years of age or older; 

4. Skill requirements:

A Necessary skills: Talent training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, resource management;

B Job skills:

  ①  Can lead the team members to coordinate the technical integration and application of the diesel engine, enhance the team's verification planning ability, and establish an efficient and scientific machine verification standard;

   ②  Familiar with the cutting-edge technology of diesel power system, with promotion and application skills;

C tool skills:

   Familiar with 3D design software Creo and so on. Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GDT&T): can be applied to process design;

   Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA): Familiar with failure modes and failure mechanisms in product design and manufacturing processes, and can propose corresponding prevention programs.
