Position: Fuel Cell Stack R&D Engineer

Work Location: Jiading-Shanghai

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of Mechanical structure design of Fuel cell stack. Develop and test new technical solutions.

2. In charge of Fuel cell Bipolar Plate design, incl. Flow field integration, Material selection, Coating design, and Manufacturing Engineering.

3. Physical Performance design and verification of Fuel Cell Stack: such as Cell Sealing and Stack Sealing Concept and Detailed design.（Waterproof and dustproof）, Insulation, shakeproof.

4. In charge of Technical exchange with raw material suppliers, components suppliers. Accomplish optimized design.

5. Other work arranged by the leader.

Requirements:

1. Mechanical, Electrical, Vehicle, Automation, Electrochemistry, Materials, Engineering mechanics and other related majors, Bachelor Degree or above, English ability is preferred.

2. Proficient in 2D and 3D design with CAD software, familiar with product development, optimization, analysis methods, cost control and other skills, at least 3 years of design and development experience, experience in FC stack design and development is preferred.

3. Have basic knowledge of GD&T, mechanical drawing, material and mechanical analysis, structural strength design, material selection design, etc., can work independently and undertake design and development task.

4. Understand product design and development process, master FMEA/FTA/8D/A3 and other methods and tools, and be able to think and solve problems independently.

5. Proficient in using Office and other office software to design document, Charts, PPT and other documents.

6. Have strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, collaboration skills and organizational planning skills, be able to work in team.
