Requirements:

(1) To be responsible for the establishment and management of the after-sales service system of the whole vehicle;

(2) Responsible for service guarantee and service demand satisfaction of high-end customized vehicles and important vehicles;

(3) To be responsible for the guarantee of spare parts supply and the achievement of spare parts management objectives;

Responsible for supervising the solution of after-sales market quality problems, experience center to provide timely technical guidance and support for difficult problems;

(4)Responsible for the formulation of the policy of automobile warranty services of repair, replacement and refund, in line with the requirements of laws and regulations, audit and management of repair, replacement & refund information, fees and physical objects;

Qualifications:

(1) Full-time enrollment of undergraduates and above;

(2) Has worked in the field of after-sales service business, 3 years or more middle-level management experience in enterprises;

(3) Leading the team with successful after-sales service management experience;

(4) Have a good sense of service;

(5) Experience in luxury car brand service support is preferred.
