1. Participate in the company's strategic planning and preside over the formulation of investment business strategies, explore and maintain financing channels, and coordinate the overall financing management to ensure its consistency with the company's overall strategy.

2. Analyze the economic situation, industrial prospects and Technological Development trends, conduct market research, data collection and feasibility analysis of the company's investment projects, and formulate feasible financial investment plans;

3. Plan investment and financing projects, specifically implement the collection of RMB and foreign currency funds, ensure the normal daily repayment of principal and interest, and maintain the company's debt and credit;

4. Be responsible for business negotiation and consultation with relevant parties such as financial institutions and joint venture partners.

According to the feasible financing scheme, organize and implement to ensure the timely matching of the company's resources;

5. Draft relevant documents for project investment and financing, and complete accounting procedures for various financing businesses;

6. Supervise subordinates' implementation of investment projects and provide timely suggestions and advice on their work in professional fields.

7. Other work arranged by company leaders.
