Wang studied in Japan in 2001 and graduated from business administration department of Star City University in Japan. After graduation, he’s engaged in translation and talent dispatching work, and back to China in 2011.

Work concept: I use my own experience to understand the distress of job seekers working and living in a foreign country. Therefore, the job I want to do is not to match talents with companies, but to respect the thoughts of each job seeker. I consider their ideals, expectation and career planning as a kind of wealth in the work, and treat the interaction with job seeker each time as a precious fate.

Job seekers and client companies have their own unique views. Wang analyze each case from the perspective of objective neutrality and fairness. Only by looking at the issues from both perspectives and viewpoints can we provide the perfect consulting services to job seekers and client companies.
